| Abstract: | Objective Introduce the test mechanism, operating procedures and its using effect of TP-ELISA in clinical laboratory. Methods To probe the quality control serum preparation of TP-ELISA according to HIV method. Results TP-ELISA has some better points on the syphilis test than other methods. Conclusion Some possible problems should be focused in the preparation process in order to improve its stability. |
