危重患者胃肠功能障碍中医证型及病位分布研究

目的 研究危重患者胃肠功能障碍中医证型及病位的分布现状.方法 检索1989年至2013年间与中医证型及病位相关的危重患者胃肠功能障碍文献.对涉及的中医证型及病位进行分类整理,建立数据库,规范名称后进行频次统计分析.结果 纳入文献39篇,涉及中医证型56种,出现总频次93次.其中出现频率≥2％的证型共20种,占比61.29％.进行名称规范后,中医证型减至38种.其中出现频率≥2％的证型共21种,占比81.72％.文献涉及中医病位10个,出现总频次43次.进行规范后,中医病位减至8个.病位主要在脾、胃、大肠、小肠、肝和肾,共占比88.37％.结论 本病主要病位在脾、胃、大肠、小肠、肝、肾,但现有中医证型过于繁多,术语应用不规范,尚无法反映其分布规律.

Research on Distribution of TCM Syndrome and Location of Disease in Critically-ill Patients with Gastrointestinal Dysfunction

Objective： To investigate present distribution of TCM syndrome and location of disease in criticallyill patients with gastrointestinal dysfunction. Methods： Retrieve literatures related to TCM syndrome and location of disease in critically-ill patients with gastrointestinal dysfunction from 1989 to 2013, classify TCM syndrome and location of disease,establish the database,and standardize names of TCM syndrome,location of disease,and statistical analysis. Results： A total of 39 articles were involved including 56 kinds of TCM syndromes. The total frequency was 93 times. There were 20 kinds of TCM syndromes having frequency more than 2% ,accounted for 61.29%. After standardization,TCM syndromes reduced to 38 kinds. There were 21 kinds of TCM syndromes having frequency more than 2% ,accounted for 81.72%. The literatures involved 10 kinds of locations of disease. The total frequency was 43 times. After standardization,locations of disease reduced to 8 kinds. The disease mainly appeared in spleen, stomach,large intestine, small intestine,liver, and kidney, accounted for 88.37%. Conclusion： The diseases mainly locate in spleen, stomach ,large intestine, small intestine ,liver,and kidney. There are various kinds of TCM syndromes. Terminology is lack of standardization. The distribution of TCM syndrome can not fully reflect the law of the disease.
