针刺配合穴位注射黄体酮治疗急性肾绞痛临床观察

目的 观察针刺配合穴位注射黄体酮对急性肾绞痛的缓解作用.方法 将120例患者随机分为两组,治疗组应用针刺配合穴位注射黄体酮,对照组采用传统的补液、解痉治疗方法,比较两组患者在疼痛缓解时间、患者主观疼痛评估以及短时间内复发率的差异.结果 治疗组患者疼痛缓解所需时间明显少于对照组,主观疼痛评估明显优于对照组,短时间内复发率明显少于对照组（P＜0.05）.结论 针刺配合穴位注射黄体酮能快速有效缓解急性肾绞痛,且复发率低.

Re search on the Effect of Acupuncture Acupoints Combined with Acupoint Injection of Progesterone Treating Patients with Acute Renal Colic

Objective：To investigate the effect of acupuncture acupoints combined with acupoint injection of progesterone treating patients with acute renal colic.Methods：120 cases with acute renal colic were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Treatment group was given acupuncture combined with acupoint injection of progesterone while control group was given traditional rehydration,spasmolysis treatment.Pain relief time,degree of pain relief and and recurrence rate in the short term were compared between the two groups.Results：The time of pain relief in treatment group was significantly less than that in control group.The degree of pain relief in treatment group was better than that in control group.The recurrence rate in treatment group was obviously less than that in control group in a short period of time.The two groups had significant difference.Conclusion：The method of acupuncture acupoints combined with acupoint injection of progesterone can quickly reduce the pain of patients with acute renal colic,so it is worthy of clinical promotion.
