| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨吸烟与男性膀胱癌的关系。方法：对96例膀胱癌住院病例和96例正常健康人进行了病例对照研究，比较两组人群的吸烟状况。结果：吸烟能显著增加膀胱癌的危险性（OR=2．71），随着吸烟量、吸烟年限以及吸烟深度的增加，男性患膀胱癌的危险性加大。结论：吸烟是膀胱癌的危险因素。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the relationship between smoking and the bladder cancer in the male.Methods: Case-control study was made in 96 patients and 96 healthy people.Results: Cigarette smoking was associated with a statistically significant increase in the bladder cancer risk(OR = 2.71).The risk of bladder cancer increased with the increase in the number of the cigarette smoked per day,advance in smoking age as well as depth in smoking degree.Conclusion: Smoking is the risk of bladder cancer. |
