胃癌组织中gp96和增殖细胞核抗原的表达及其临床意义

目的探讨gp96在胃癌组织中的表达及其在胃癌发生、发展中的作用.方法采用免疫组化及原位杂交技术检测50例人胃癌及其癌旁正常组织gp96的表达,免疫组化检测增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)的表达.结果 gp96在癌旁正常组织中存在较低的表达,在胃癌组织中表达比癌旁正常组织显著增高(P＜0.01);而且表达高低与胃癌的临床分期、分化程度及有无淋巴结转移有显著差异(P＜0.05);PCNA的表达与gp96的表达相关,PCNA表达高者gp96的表达也增高,二者呈显著正相关(r=0.744,P=0.021,P＜0.05).结论 gp96、PCNA在胃癌组织中的表达密切相关,可能在胃癌的发生、发展中起重要作用.

Expressions of gp96 and PCNA in human gastric cancer tissues and the clinical significance

Objective To investigate the expression of gp96 and its roles in the genesis and progression in human gastric cancer. Methods The gp96 expression in gastric cancer tissues and the tumor adjacent tissues in 50 patients with gastric cancer was detected by SABC immunohistochemical method and in situ hybridization. The expression of proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) was also detected by immunohistochemical. Results Low level of gp96 expression was found in the tumor adjacent tissues, but it increased significantly in human gastric cancer tissues ( P <0.05). The expression of gp96 was significantly associated with the clinical stage, differentiation, and metastasis of gastric cancer. PCNA expression was positively correlated with pg96 expression ( P <0.05). Conclusion The expression of gp96 is closely associated with PCNA expression in human gastric cancer tissues, suggesting that they might play an important role in the genesis and progression of human gastric cancer.
