| 胃食管反流病的中医诊治进展 | |

| 摘 要： | 胃食管反流病属中医吐酸、吞酸、胃脘痛及嘈杂等范畴,从中医病名、病因病机、辨证分型特点及治疗等方面对胃食管反流病进行了回顾性总结,认为湿、痰、热、气、瘀为主要病邪,与胃、脾、肝三脏密不可分。本文提出应深入探讨本病的病因病机,提出符合中医辨证理论、切合临床实际的病名诊断、辨证分型方法和标准,以便丰富和发展中医脾胃病学的内容,提高对胃食管反流病的诊断治疗水平。 |
