| 摘 要： | 目的对无血管压迫类型的三叉神经痛患者进行感觉根部分切断术的同时切除部分患支进行电镜检查,了解其病理改变,探讨非血管压迫类型三叉神经痛的发病机制。方法在15例无血管压迫的三叉神经痛行感觉根部分切断的同时,在患侧神经根出脑干区3mm范围内切取一小块,2%戊二醛固定,1%锇酸后固定,环氧树脂包埋,醋酸双氧铀和枸橼酸铅双重染色,超薄切片,电镜下观察。结果 15例患支均有以下病理改变:有髓神经纤维部分髓鞘松解及变性,局部变性坏死,少数空泡变性。结论神经脱髓鞘改变是导致无血管压迫三叉神经痛发病的病理学基础,感觉根部分切断术是行之有效的治疗方法。 |
