| 摘 要： | 目的:观察硫酸吗啡控释片对晚期癌症镇痛的效果。方法:采用开放试验方法,对100例中、重度癌痛患者进行治疗。硫酸吗啡控释片单片剂量为30mg,每12h给药一次,在用药过程中根据疼痛缓解程度调整剂量。结果:本组100例患者中显效65例,显效率65·0%,有效32例,有效率32·0%,无效3例,无效率3·0%,总有效率为97·0%(97/100)。结论:硫酸吗啡控释片治疗癌症疼痛疗效确切,有效率高。是中、重度癌痛的首选药品,现已应用于临床。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the analgesic effect of morphine sulfate controlled-release tablets on cancer patients at late period.Methods:100 cancer patients with moderate and severe pain were recruited in an open experiment. Each of the patients was administered one tablet(30 mg) every 12 h,and the dosage was adjusted individually according to the analgesic effect.Results:65.0% (65 patients)obtained obvious effect,32.0% (32 cases)got partial effect and 3.0% (3 cases) showed no effect. The total effective rate was 97.0%.Conclusion:The analgesic effect of morphine sulfate controlled-release tablets on cancer pain is obvious. It can be a first choice for the management of moderate and severe cancer pain. |
