三联疗法治疗胃食管反流病的护理观察

目的:对采用三联疗法治疗胃食管反流的临床疗效进行观察,并总结护理体会。方法:选择采用三联疗法治疗胃食管反流病患者60例,随机分为干预组和对照组,各30例。对照组采用常规的护理方法,干预组在治疗过程中进行包括心理护理、生活护理、饮食护理、健康指导在内的综合性护理干预,同时进行腹式呼吸训练,并对两组的临床疗效和恢复情况进行比较。结果:通过对抽样中的30例患者进行细致、周到且有针对性的护理,所有患者的治疗均顺利完成,治疗效果明显,均在预期时间内得以恢复,几乎没有复发和并发症的现象出现。结论:胃食管反流病患者采用包括心理护理、生活护理、饮食护理、健康指导在内的综合性护理干预,对治疗的顺利完成有着积极的促进作用,可以提高治疗的效果,使患者在治疗后出现复发的几率大大降低。

Nursing care of triple therapy for gastroesophageal reflux

Objective To obserne the clinical efficacy of triple therapy for the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux to conclude the nursing experience.Method Who were treated by thble therapy from October 2008 to October 2010 in our hospital 60 patients were randomly divided into intervention and control groups,30 cases.Control group used conventional methods of care,intervention group mclnding psychological care,life care,diet care,health guidance,and the clinical efficacy and recovery were compared between the two groups.Results By sampling in 30 patients with careful and thoughtful and targeted care,all patients were successfully treated,the treatment effect was obvious,all recovered within the expected time,almost no recurrence and complications.Conclusion Gastroesophageal reflux disease including a comprehensive nursing intervention,including psychological care,life care,diet care,health guidance,the successful completion of the treatment has a positive role in promoting,and it can increase the effects of treatment,the patients in the treatment,after the greatly reduced risk of recurrence after treatment.
