| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨并发2型糖尿病的冠心病患者的临床特征及冠状动脉病变造影特点。方法：对25例选择性冠状动脉造影确诊的并发2型糖尿病的冠心病患者(DM组)的临床资料及冠状动脉造影结果进行了分析，并与无糖尿病的55例冠心病患者(非DM组)进行比较。结果：两组患者除血糖外，冠心病的危险因素(血脂异常、高血压、吸烟、冠心病的家族史)及心机梗死无显著差异，DM组病变血管比例，三支病变及多节段病变显著高于非DM组。结论：并发2型糖尿病的冠心病患者冠状动脉痛变严重。病变部位多且弥漫。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the clinical and coronary angiographical characteristics in coronary heart disease(CHD) with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM). Method: The clinical features and the date from selective coronary angiographies were compared between the CHD patients with and without T2DM. Result: The major risk of atherosclerosis(hyperlipidemia,hypertension,smoking) and myocardial infarction were similar in two groups.To the proportion of damaged vascular,the three branch damages and polysegment damages,the diabetes group has a statistical significance than nondiabetes group. Conclusion: The CHD patients with T2DM have much great extent of coronary artery involvement and more diffusing vascular. |
