| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨护理干预对福利院老年高血压病患者生活质量的影响。方法:对福利院110例符合要求的老年高血压病患者及其看护人员30名进行护理干预,并采用自身对照的方法,观察干预前后患者血压和生活质量的变化以及看护人员高血压病知识掌握情况。结果:采取护理干预措施后,患者的血压显著降低(P<0.05),生活质量明显优于干预前(P<0.05),看护人员的高血压病知识掌握情况显著提高(P<0.05)。结论:护理干预能够有效控制福利院老年高血压病患者的血压,并提高其生活质量。 |
