摘    要:
目的:探讨双源CT冠状动脉检查的原理、步骤及注意事项,归纳总结双源CT冠状动脉检查的技术特点及其一般过程。方法:以2007年度南京军区总院行双源CT冠状动脉检查患者的检查过程为样本,结合南京军区总院关于双源CT冠状动脉成像的各种研究成果,对双源CT冠状动脉检查的技术特点及其一般过程进行总结。结果:双源CT冠状动脉检查的整个流程可分为扫描前准备、扫描、扫描后患者护理及图像后处理4个方面,检查过程中还有一些其他注意事项值得注意。结论:双源CT冠状动脉检查必须遵循一定的检查原则及一些注意事项才能发挥其最大优势。

Abstract:
Objective In coronary angiography by Dual-source Computer Tomography(DSCT), the principle, steps and notice are investigated and the technical characteristics and the general process are summarized. Methods The technical characteristics and the general process of DSCT coronary angiography are summarized by reviewing the course of patients who do DSCT coronary angiography in the year 2007 in our department. Results The whole workflow of DSCT coronary angiography contains the preparation before the scan, the scan, the patients' care after the scan and the images reconstruction. There also be other things shoulder be paid attention to. Conclusion DSCT coronary angiography must only follow certain principles can maximize the inspection of its greatest advantages.
