| Abstract: | The contents of Paeoniflorin in Gan Kang Fu oral liquid were determined by HPLC, this method was simple and rapid. The results were accurate and stable, no disturbance in negative group. The mean sample recovery rate was 99.17%, RSD was 1.13%. As a result, this method was available for quality control of this preparation. |
