| 摘 要： | 目的 :研究乳腺癌C -erbB - 2与ER、PR表达的相互关系。方法 :免疫组化SP法检测 5 8例乳腺癌C -erbB - 2癌基因产物、雌激素受体 (ER)和孕激素受体 (PR)的表达。结果 :在分化差的Ⅲ级乳腺癌、淋巴结转移阳性和术后复发的病例中 ,C -erbB - 2与ER、PR表达呈负相关。结论 :C -erbB - 2的激活在ER、PR阴性的乳腺癌中较常见

| Abstract: | Objective To study the correlation of C-erbB-2 oncogene product with estrogen and progesterone receptors in breast cancer.Methods The SP immunohistochemical assay was performed on 58 cases of human breast cancers to C-erbB-2 oncogene product,estrogen receptor(ER) and progesterone recepor(PR).Results The positive of C-erbB-2 was negatively correlated with positive status of ER and PR among the histologic grade Ⅲ tumors, positive lymphnode status and patients of recurrene.Conclusion:C-erbB-2 positive tumors are most often ER- and PR- negative. |
