促排卵中多卵泡发育者改行IVF-ET的分析

摘    要:目的探讨促排卵中多卵泡发育者的积极处理方法,保持受孕机会的同时减少卵巢过度刺激综合征(ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome,OHSS)和多胎妊娠的风险。方法对于克罗米酚(clomiphene citrate,CC)或人绝经后促性腺激素(human menopausal gonodatropin,hMG)促排卵中发生多卵泡发育的15例患者,采用改行体外受精-胚胎移植(invitro fertilization and embryo transfer,IVF—ET)的方法进行处理。结果改行IVF—ET者与本中心同期同年龄组行常规IVF—ET者相比,其受精率分别为67.21%对74.17%,卵裂率分别为90.24%对95.79%,取卵周期妊娠率分别为26.67%对37.65%,移植周期妊娠率分别为36.36%对40.13%,上述数据均无统计学差异(P〉0.05),15例患者中无一发生OHSS,说明改行IVF—ET可以作为促排卵中多卵泡发育的一种积极处理方法。结论促排卵治疗中出现多卵泡发育时,行IVF—ET可能是有效、安全的治疗方法。

Abstract:Objective To study the therapy methods of multi-follicle development during induced ovulation, in order to have the possibility of being pregnant and reduce the risk of ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome (OHSS) and multiple pregnancies at the same time. Methods Methods of in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer (IVF-ET) was used to treat 15 patients of multi-follicle development during induced ovulation by clomiphene citrate (CC) or human menopausal gonodatropin (hMG). Results The pregnancy rate of ovum pick-up (OPU) period and pregnancy rate of embryo transfer (ET) period of IVF group was 26.67%, 36.36% respectively. No statistic difference was observed as compared with the same age group receiving regular IVF-ET. No OHSS occurred. Conclusion Method of IVF-ET was effective and energetic for multi-follicle development during induced ovulation.
