安肛乳剂肛内灌注治疗肛隐窝炎临床疗效观察

目的:观察安肛乳剂肛内灌注治疗肛隐窝炎临床疗效。方法:通过在符合诊断标准的病例中选择60例患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组30例,给予安肛合剂合自主灌注器肛内灌注治疗;对照组30例,给予复方黄柏液合肛内灌注器肛内灌注治疗,临床观察并评定治疗结果。结果:在治疗患者病情及药物大致相同条件下,治疗组安肛合剂疗效较对照组复方黄柏液治疗作用无统计学意义(P0.05),临床治疗有效。结论:安肛合剂肛内灌注治疗肛隐窝炎的临床治疗有效。该方法使用方便,操作简单;药源充足,价格低廉;患者可自行操作,易于推广;为患者提供更广阔的用药方法和途径;且更能突出中医中药的简、便、效、廉的特点,具有较强的实用价值。

Observation on Clinical Efficacy of Retention Enema of Angang Mixture for Treatment of Anal Cryptitis

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of retention enema of Angang mixture in treating anal cryptitis.Methods：Sixty patients were selected in accordance with the diagnosis criteria and randomly divided into experimental group （n=30）and control group （n=30）.Experimental group applied Angang mixture retention enema treatment with anus perfusion apparatus.Control group gave pa-tients Fufang Huangbai Ye retention enema treatment with anus perfusion apparatus.Treatment results were observed and assessed.Re-sults：The clinical studies show that under the same conditions of patients and perfusion apparatus,the clinical efficacy of experimental group was not significantly different from that of the control group （P〉0.05 ）.Conclusion：The clinical efficacy of aretention enema treatment of Angang mixture on anal cryptitis with anus perfusion apparatus has significant therapeutic effect.The method has the advan-tages of convenient use,simple operation,sufficient drug source,low prices.And patients can operate by themselves,so it can be promo-ted easily.It provides patients with more extensive drug-use methods and ways,and shows the features of TCM.In addition,it has a strong practical value.
