运用施今墨药对治疗早期糖尿病肾病的疗效观察

目的:探讨施今墨药对治疗早期糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法:选取我院2010年1月至2013年2月住院及门诊患者92例,随机分为治疗组和对照组。两组均给予缬沙坦胶囊(代文)80 mg,1次/d口服。治疗组在此基础上口服施今墨药对方,连续服用2～6个月。观察各组患者用药前、用药后1个月、3个月和6个月时血浆白蛋白、24 h尿蛋白定量、尿白蛋白及尿微量白蛋白的变化。结果:治疗组口服施今墨中药和缬沙坦胶囊,治疗总有效率明显优于单用缬沙坦胶囊,其差异有统计学意义(P0.05);连续用药3个月和用药6个月时,治疗组血浆白蛋白、24 h尿蛋白定量、尿蛋白测定结果与对照组比较,其血浆白蛋白升高明显,24 h尿蛋白定量、尿白蛋白、尿微量白蛋白下降更为明显,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);两组内不同时间测得血浆白蛋白结果,24 h尿蛋白定量、尿白蛋白、尿微量白蛋白下降幅度比较,治疗6个月较治疗3个月血浆白蛋白升高幅度,24 h尿蛋白定量、尿白蛋白、尿微量白蛋白下降更为显著,其差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:在同时服用缬沙坦胶囊基础上给予施今墨药对方口服治疗早期糖尿病肾病,能显著降低24 h尿蛋白定量、降低尿白蛋白、尿微量白蛋白的含量,提高血浆白蛋白含量,值得临床推广使用。

Observation on Therapeutic Effect of Shijinmoyao in Treating Early Diabetic Nephropathy

Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy of Shijinmoyao for the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy .Methods：Ninety two outpatients and inpatients treated in our hospital during January 2010 to February 2013 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group .Both groups gave patients oral administration of valsartan capsules （ Dai Wen ） 80 mg once a day .The treatment group applied continuous extra oral administration of Shijinmoyao for 2 to 6 months.Each group was observed before treatment and 1 month, 3 months and 6 months after treatment in terms of plasma albumin , 24 h urinary protein , urinary albumin and urinary albumin changes . Results：The total therapeutic effect of treatment group which applied oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine Shijinmo was better than the single use of valsartan capsules in control group , and the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0.05）; after 3 months and 6 months of the treatment , compared with the control group , the plasma albumin level dropped more obviously , while 24 h u-rinary protein , urinary protein quantitative determination results , the plasma albumin of patients in the treatment group decreased more significantly （P〈0.05）;the results after 6 months of treatment showed significantly better outcomes compared with the results after 3 months of treatment in both groups .Conclusion：The combined application of valsartan capsules and Shijinmoyao treating early diabetic nephropathy can significantly reduce the 24 h urinary protein , the content of urinary albumin , urinary albumin , and increase plasma al-bumin content , which is worth of clinical generalization .
