松龄血脉康胶囊治疗更年期综合征患者73例临床分析

目的:探讨松龄血脉康胶囊治疗社区更年期综合征患者的效果。方法:选择2010年10月至2012年10月于我科就诊的更年期综合征患者146例,采用随机对照原则分为治疗组、对照组,每组73例。所有患者给予谷维素10~20 mg/次,2~3次/d;己烯雌酚片0.25~1 mg/次,1次/d,连续3周后停药1周,连续使用2个月。治疗组患者同时给予松龄血脉康胶囊口服,3粒/次,3次/d。结果:治疗后,对照组和治疗组总有效率分别为为82.2%和93.2%;与治疗前相比,治疗后2组患者的促卵泡激素水平都有所下降,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05),2组患者之间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05);治疗后2组患者的促黄体生成激素水平和血雌二醇水平都得到了显著的提高,2组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05);治疗后,治疗组在躯体症状、抑郁症状以及焦虑症状改善情况方面优于对照组,2组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:松龄血脉康胶囊可显著改善更年期综合征的各种临床症状,在社区、基层医院可以常规应用。

Clinical Analysis on Songlingxuemaikang Capsule Treating 73 Cases of Climacteric Syndrome Patients

Objective：To investigate the effects of songlingxuemaikang capsule in the treatment of climacteric syndrome.Methods：One hundred and forty six patients with climacteric syndrome treated in our hospital from October 2010 to October 2012 were randomly divid-ed into study group （n=73）and control group （n=73）.All patients were given oryzanol 10 to 20 mg per time,2 to 3 times per day as well as Diethylstilbestrol tablets 0.25 to 1 mg per time,once a day,continuously for 3 weeks followed by 1 week of withdrawal.All pa-tients took medicine for 2 consecutive months.Patients in the study group were meanwhile given oral administration of Songlinxuemaikang capsules （3 pills per time,three times a day）.Results：After treatment,the total effective rate of control group and study group were 82. 2% and 93.2%.Compared with what it was before treatment,follicle-stimulating hormone levels of the two groups were decreased,and the difference was significant （P〈0.05 ）;Luteinizing hormone levels and blood estradiol levels of two groups after treatment had been significantly improved,and there was significant different between the two groups （P〈0.05 ）.The somatic symptoms,depressive symp-toms and anxiety symptoms were better improved in the study group,and there was significant different between the two groups （P〈0.05 ）.Conclusion：Songlingxuemaikang capsule can significantly improve a variety of clinical symptoms of climacteric syndrome,and it can be routinely applied in the community and the primary hospital.
