| 摘 要： | 目的了解癫痫发作对颅内肿瘤患者心理状态的影响。方法采用90种症状自评量表（Symptom Checklist 90,SCL-90）对130例颅内肿瘤患者进行心理状态调查,其中观察组（伴癫痫发作者）60例,对照组（不伴癫痫发作者）70例,进行量化分析与评价。结果观察组心理状态7项因子（人际关系敏感、敌对除外）的评分均高于对照组（P〈0.05）;其中尤以焦虑、抑郁两项差异最为显著（P〈0.01）。结论颅内肿瘤患者伴癫痫发作者的心理状态评分明显低于不伴癫痫发作者。
