| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨澄清剂用于驱虫斑鸠菊的提取工艺。方法 :采用L16(45)正交试验设计 ,利用紫外分光光度法测定驱虫斑鸠菊黄酮总量的方法来考察澄清剂等因素对提取过程的影响。结果 :不同比例浓缩体积对提取液中黄酮总量有极显著性影响 (P<0 01) ,而澄清剂和预处理剂对黄酮总量影响较小 ,但对提取液澄明度改善明显。结论 :ZTC -Ⅳ型澄清剂用于驱虫斑鸠菊的提取方法可行 |

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To find out a new purifying process of Vernonia Anthelmintica Willd by clarifying agent.METHO-DS:Using orthogonal design L16(45),influcing factors including clarifing agent on extraction process were investigated by detecting the content of total flavone ingredients.RESULTS:Different ratios of concentration volume had significant influence on the content of total flavone ingredients(P<0.01).However,clarifying and preprocessing agents had no influence on the content and they could significantly improve the clarity of extraction solution.CONCLUSION:Using ZTC-Ⅳ clarifying agent is feasible in extraction process of Vernonia Anthelmintica Willd. |
