| 摘 要： | 目的:观察柴胡疏肝散加减治疗肝胃不和证慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效。方法:将肝胃不和证慢性萎缩性胃炎随机分为两组,观察组用柴胡疏肝散加减治疗,对照组用吗丁啉片治疗,疗程均为3个月。疗程结束后观察临床症状、胃镜下黏膜病变情况和病理组织学情况。结果:观察组临床疗效总有效率90.20%;对照组总有效率68.57%(P0.05)。结论:柴胡疏肝散对肝胃不和证慢性萎缩性胃炎有较好的临床疗效。

Clinical research on treating Ganwei Buhe type of chronic atrophic gastritis with the Chaihu Shugan San |

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the clinical effect of treating Ganwei Buhe type of chronic atrophic gastritis with the Chaihu Shugan San. Methods: Ganwei Buhe type of chronic atrophic gastritis were randomly divided into observation group CHSGS treating the control group treated with domperidone tablets, 3 months for a course. After the treatment, observation the clinical symptoms, endoscopic mucosal lesions and histopathological situation. Results: In the observation group, the total effective rate was 90.20%; and the control group was 68.57% (P<0.05). Conclusion: Treating Ganwei Buhe type of chronic atrophic gastritis with the Chaihu Shugan San has better clinical efficacy. |
