双胎早产合并吸入综合征患儿的急救及护理

目的探讨双胎早产合并吸入综合征患儿的急救及最佳护理措施。方法对45组双胎早产合并吸入综合征患儿从出生前儿科医师护士已在场守候，出生后即给予一系列的抢救及复苏处理，然后用转运暖箱运送到新生儿科，给予监护、保持呼吸道通畅、保暖等进一步处理及细心周到的护理。结果45组双胎旱产合并吸入综合征患儿中治愈出院77例，占85．56％；好转出院13例，占14．44％。结论要做好双胎早产合并吸入综合征患儿的护理，首先要及时给予有效抢救及复苏处理，严密监护，加强呼吸道管理；其次是要对患儿各系统或器官脆弱的生理状况有充分的了解和认识，从细微处着手，精心护理，从而提高抢救成功率。

First aid and nursing of aspiration syndrome in twin premature infants

Objective: To explore the first aid and nursing measures of aspiration syndrome in twin premature infants. Methods 45 groups (90 cases) of twin premature infants with aspiration syndrome were observed; a sires of first aid and recovery processing were performed for them after birth, then they were transferred to neonatal department by warm cases; the further treatment and nursing were performed including monitoring, keeping respiratory tract from impeding and warmth retention etc. Results 77 cases of twin premature infants with aspiration syndrome were cured and discharged (85.56%); 13 cases improved and discharged(14.44%). Conclusions To Do well the nursing of twin premature infants with aspiration syndrome, we should first give effective rescue and recovery processing in time, close monitor and strenthening the respiratory management; then to understand fully the physiological status of various systems or organs in children, give meticulous nursing care so as to improve the rescue success rate of twin premature infants with aspiration syndrome.
