| 摘 要： | 临床病例讨论课是临床医学教学的重要方法之一,在临床病例讨论课中采用以问题为导向的临床教学方法,即教师精心挑选临床实例,巧妙地设置一系列不同心智功能水平的问题,启发、引导学生主动发现问题,并帮助寻找正确的答案,从而极大地发挥了学生的主观能动性,取得了较为满意的教学效果。

| Abstract: | Clinical case discussion is an important means in clinical medical teaching.Problem-based teaching method used in the class of case discussion may gain good teaching effect by stirring up students' subjective motility.During such classes,teachers should choose clinical case attentively,set up a series of problems with different intelligence ingeniously,arouse and guide students to look for questions initiatively and help students find correct solutions. |
