| 摘 要： | 自 1 999年 8月— 1 999年 1 2月 ,笔者对拉萨地区 1 6 5 0名武警战士血清胆红素(ＴＢＩＬ)、直接胆红素 (ＤＢＩＬ)含量进行检测 ,报告如下 :1 对象和方法1 1 检测对象 :1 6 5 0名武警战士中 ,藏汉族分别为 81 0例、840例 ,前者为高原世居并在拉萨地区生活长大 ,后者从内地移居高原在拉萨持续生活一年以上 ,全部战士均为身体健康男性 ,并排除甲、乙、丙、丁、戌、庚等病毒性肝炎或携带状态 ,无重要脏器疾病史。1 2 方法 :采血前 3天内无饮酒、无感冒、无服用损肝及其他药物 ,同时禁止剧烈活动和训练 ,并设高脂、清淡饮食及晨空腹前半…

| Abstract: | Serum total bilirubin(TBIL)and direct bilirubin(DBIL)content were detected on 1650 Tibetan and Han soldiers by using of Hitachi 7060 type full-automatic biochemical analyzer.The normal reference value of TBIL and DBIL between Tibetan and Han soldiers are with no significant difference(P>0.05),but the overall tendency of normal value limit of TBIL and DBIL between TIbetan and Han soldiers are with significant difference(P<0.01).The effect of high fat diet and after meal on TBIL and DBIL,Han soldiers are greater than Tibetan obviously.High altitude environment factor and diet respect were analyzed and probed in this article with a certain clinical guiding significance. |
