摘    要:
目的探讨维U颠茄铝胶囊制备工艺对其稳定性的影响.方法以颠茄浸膏中阿托品的含量为评价指标,筛选满足产品质量要求的制备工艺.结果用正交试验设计法在β-环糊精用量、包合时间和包衣材料用量中优化出最佳制备工艺,产品稳定性得到很大提高.结论该工艺简便可行,适用于实际生产.

Abstract:
OBJECTIVE In this paper,the influence of preparation technigue on the stability of Vitamin U,Belladonna and Aluminiu Capsule,was discussed.METHODS The content of Atropin in Extractum Belladonnae as evalvation indicator,to screen the best process which meet the requirement of quality control.RESULTS A better preparation technigue was choosed technigce Orthogoral Experimental Design.The orthogoral factors includes amount of β-Cyclodextrin,inclusion time and amount of coating material.The stability of product was improved.CONCLUSION The process was simple and suitable for industrial production.
