中西医结合治疗消化性溃疡102例疗效观察

目的：探讨中西医结合治疗消化性溃疡的临床疗效。方法：治疗组102例采用中西医结合治疗，对照组51例采用雷尼替丁治疗，主要观察两组临床症状及胃镜检查结果等变化情况。结果：治疗组总有效率为96．08％，而对照组仅为82．35％，两组比较，P〈0.05。结论：中西医结合疗法确为治疗本病的有效方法之一。

Clinical Observation on 102 Cases of Peptic Ulcer Treated with the Therapy of Combination of Chinese Traditional and Western Medicine

Objective: To discuss the clinical effect on peptic ulcer treated with the therapy of combination of Chinese traditional and western medicine.Method: 102 cases in the treatment group were treated with the therapy of combination of Chinese traditional and western medicine and 51 cases in the control group by ranitidine hydrochloride.The changes of clinical symptoms and results of gastroscopy in two groups.Results: The effective rate in the treatment group was 96.08% and 82.35% in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: The therapy of combination of Chinese traditional and western medicine was one of the effective methods for treating peptic ulcer.
