宁波市5233例机关事业人员血清甲胎蛋白、癌胚抗原及CA199化学发光法参考区间的确定

目的:建立适合国人表面健康人群的甲胎蛋白(AFP)、癌胚抗原(CEA)及糖类抗原199(CA199)的参考区间。方法:采用化学发光免疫分析法及其配套试剂、标准品、质控品对5233例机关事业单位工作人员(男3519,女1714,年龄23～79岁)血清AFP、CEA及CA199进行测定,按年龄段分为六组,确定AFP、CEA及CA199的95%参考区间。结果:①男、女之间比较:AFP和CEA结果差别有统计学意义(P<0.01),CA199结果差别无统计学意义(P>0.05);②男性AFP在20岁～49岁,随年龄增长而升高(P<0.01),50岁以上AFP无明显变化(P>0.05),女性AFP有随年龄增长而升高的趋势,但差别无统计学意义(P>0.05);CEA不管男女均随年龄增长而升高(P<0.01);男性及女性CA199有随年龄增长而升高的趋势,但差别无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:应分性别和年龄建立参考区间,对于临床诊疗提供了更有意义的参考数据。

Establishment of the reference range of AFP,CEA and CA199 for 5233 staff in public institutions and enterprises in Ningbo city

Objective:To establish the distribution of serum AFP,CEA and CA199 by age and gender in apparently healthy individuals-based study.Methods:A total of 5233 normal individuals of public institutions and enterprises(male 3519,female 1714,23～79 years old) were divided into 6 groups according to age:Group 1(20～29),group 2(30～39,group 3(40～49),group 4(50～59),group 5(60～69)and group 6(>70 years old).AFP,CEA and CA199 in serum of these individuals were detected by chemiluminescence immunoassay(CLIA) to determine their 95% reference range.Results: Significant difierence was found in AFP and CEA between male and female(P<0.01).The levels of AFP,CEA and CA199 had significant difference among age subgroups.Increasing with age,the levels of AFP,CEA and CA199 have regular changes.Conclusion: Chemiluminescence immunoassay can be used to establish the reference range of AFP,CEA,CA199 with the different ages and genders,which can provide significant reference data for clinic.
