| 岛叶胶质瘤的显微手术治疗 | |

| 摘 要： | 目的探讨岛叶区域胶质瘤的手术治疗方法。方法采用翼点开颅经侧裂入路显微手术治疗岛叶胶质瘤34例。结果本组34例,肿瘤全切除20例,次全切除14例;无手术死亡,术后有5例出现对侧肢体的不完全瘫痪,2例出现短期的语言障碍,均在1月内恢复。随访1个月至5年,27例生存良好,5例复发,2例死亡。结论翼点经侧裂入路显微手术是治疗岛叶胶质瘤的直接有效的方法。 |

| Abstract: | Method The 34 patients with glioma in insula were operated on by trans-sylvian approach. Results The glioma were totally removed in 20 cases, subtotally removed in 14 cases. There were no death. There were milder paralysis of contralateral extremities in five cases, short-term language disorder in 2 cases,recoveried within 1 month. Postoperative follow up were for 1 month to 5 years, 27 cases had well recovery, reoccurrence was in 5cases and 2 cases dead. Conclusion Trans-sylvian approach is an effective operative way in treating glioma in insula. |
