Ets-1和MMP-9在淋巴瘤病理组织中的表达及其意义

目的探讨淋巴瘤（1ymphoma）患者病理组织中Ets-1和MMP-9蛋白的表达，并分析其相互关系与临床及预后的意义。方法采用免疫组织化学S-P法，检测了60例淋巴瘤和15例良性增生性淋巴结炎中Ets—l、MMP-9的蛋白表达。结果①Ets-1、MMP-9在淋巴瘤中的表达高于良性增生性淋巴结炎（P〈0．05）；Ⅲ、Ⅳ期淋巴瘤患者的Ets—1、MMP-9蛋白阳性率高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ期患者（P〈0．05）；淋巴结内组Ets-1表达阳性率高于淋巴结外病变组（P〈0．001）。②淋巴瘤病理组织中Ets-1表达率与MMP-9表达率间存在相关性。结论Ets-1、MMP-9蛋白在淋巴瘤病理组织中表达上调，可能是预测淋巴瘤侵袭转移和预后的相关因素。

Expression and Significance of Ets-1,MMP-9 Proteins in Pathological Tissues of Lymphoma Patients

Objective To discuss the protein level of Ets-1, MMP-9 expression in the pathological tissue of lymphoma patients and its prognostic significance. Methods The protein level of Ets-1 and MMP-9 expression in 60 cases of lymphoma and 15 cases of benign hyperplastic lymphadenitis were detected by S-P immunohistoehemical method. Results The positive expression rate of Ets-1, M MP-9 protein in the lymphoma was higher than that of the benign hyperplastic lymphadenitis （P 〈 O. 05 ） ;The pos- itive expression rate of Ets-1, MMP-9 proteins in the Ann Arbor stages of lymphoma showed Ⅲ, Ⅳ stage higher than Ⅰ ,Ⅱ stage （ P 〈 O. 05 ）. The positive expression rate of Ets-1 proteins in the lymph node was higher than that in exterior of the lymph node （ P 〈 O. 001 ）. There was correlation with the expression of Ets-1, MMP-9 proteins in lymphoma. Conclusion The expression of Ets-1, MMP-9 in lymphoma showed a high expression in the pathological tissues of lymphoma patients. These two factors may be the significant factors which could predict the invasion and metastasis of lymphoma.
