| 摘 要： | 二级综合医院在人员紧张、病种简单、信息化不完善等诸多不利因素下开展临床路径,完成了专业病种、入径率、完成率等考核指标,并初步建立了行之有效的管理体系.文章对实施效果进行分析,并探讨解决方案.

| Abstract: | The clinical pathway was carried out in small size level-two general hospital under many negative factors including limited personnel,simple inpatient＇s diseases,imperfect informatization,etc.The professional diseases,clinical pathway entrance rate,completion rate and other assessment indicators were completed,and the initial effective management system was established.The paper analyzed the implementation effect and discussed countermeasures. |
