| 摘 要： | 目的探讨反复流产与染色体异常间的关系。方法常规染色体G显带分析。结果84例反复流产夫妇中发现染色体异常18例,占受检人数的21.43%。18例染色体异常中,臂间倒位6例,相互易位3例,大Y染色体2例,副缢痕增加3例,单细胞异常3例,随体延长1例。结论染色体结构异常为反复流产重要原因。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the relationships between the recrudescence abortion and chromosome aberration.Methods : 84 cases of genetic counseling were prepared with routine inoculation and incubation methods,and the karyotype analysis of the peripheral blood lymphocytes was carried out with G-banding.Results:There were 18 cases of abnormal karyotype in 84 patients with recrudescence abortion,amounting to 21.43% of which,6 cases were pericentric inversion;3 reciprocal translocation;2 large Y;3,extension of secondary constriction;3 abnormity of single cell.Conclusion : The abnormal constitution of chromosome is one of the most important reasons which causes the recrudescence abortion. |
