摘    要:目的:探讨支气管哮喘患者SRL-2R水平与血清粘附因子水平及相关性。方法:将支气管哮喘患者106例分为发作期组(61例)及稳定期组(45例),同时选择同期健康体检者40例作为对照组;分别检测三组IL-4、IL-13、SIL-2R及ICAM-1、VCAM-1水平。结果:稳定期组IL-13、SIL-2R较对照组均有显著升高(P<0.05),发作期组IL-4、IL-13、SIL-2R较对照组及稳定期组均有显著性升高(P<0.05)。稳定期组患者较对照组ICAM-1、VCAM-1均出现显著升高(P<0.05),发作期组患者较对照组及稳定期组患者ICAM-1、VCAM-1均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。ICAM-1与IL-13、SRL-2R显著正相关(P<0.05),VCAM-1与IL-13、SIL-2R显著正相关(P<0.05)。结论:支气管哮喘患者SRL-2R水平失衡与ICAM-1、VCAM-1紊乱密切相关,对其水平检测有助于明确支气管哮喘进展。

SIL-2R and adhesion molecules levels evaluation and the relationship in bronchial asthma patients

Abstract:Objective :To investigate SRL-2R and adhesion molecules levels and the relationship in bron-chial asthma patients .Methods :106 patients with bronchial asthma were divided into exacerbation group and stable groups ,there were 61 cases ,45 cases separately ,40 cases of healthy people were selected as control group ,IL-4 , IL-13 ,SIL-2R and ICAM-1 ,VCAM-1 levels were detected .Results :IL-13 ,SIL-2R of stable group compared with the control group significantly increased (P 〈0 .05) ,IL-4 ,IL-13 ,SRL-2R of exacerbation group compared with the control group and the stable group significantly resistance increased (P 〈0 .05) .ICAM-1 ,VCAM-1 of stable group patients than in the control group were significantly higher (P〈0 .05) ,ICAM-1 ,VCAM-1 of exacerbation patients than in the control group and the stable group patients both were significantly different (P 〈0 .05) .ICAM-1 and IL-13 ,SIL-2R showed significant positive correlation (P〈0 .05) ,VCAM-1 and IL-13 ,SIL-2R showed significant posi-tive correlation (P〈0 .05) .Conclusion:SIL-2R levels imbalances and ICAM-1 ,VCAM-1 is closely related to bron-chial asthma disorders ,which would help to detect bronchial asthma progress .
