护理干预对胃癌术后肺部并发症的影响

目的探讨护理干预在预防胃癌术后并发症中的作用。方法 145例胃癌根治患者,其中实验组73例,对照组72例,对其术后血氧饱和度监测及肺部并发症的发生情况进行临床分析。对照组进行常规治疗、护理,实验组除进行常规的治疗、护理外,采取心理干预,专科指导,物理排痰等方法,对患者进行术前术后护理干预。结果实验组术后清理呼吸道的能力明显高于对照组,其并发症的发生明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采取有效的术前术后护理干预措施,可降低胃癌根治术后肺部并发症的发生,促进患者早日康复。

Impact of nursing interventions onpostoperative pulmonary complications ingastric cancer patients

Objective To investigate the effect of nursing interventions on preventing postoperative pulmonary complications in gastric cancer patients.Methods A total of 145 gastric cancer patients were randomly divided into experiment group(n=73) and control group(n=72).Postoperative oxygen saturation and the incidence of pulmonary complications were clinically analyzed.The control group received traditional treatment and nursing,while the experiment group received postoperative nursing interventions including psychological intervention,guidance from specialists and physical expectoration.Results The ability to clear airway was significantly higher in the experiment group than in the control group.The incidence of postoperative pulmonary complications was significantly lower in the experiment group than in the control group,(P<0.05).Conclusion Adoption of effective preoperative and postoperative nursing intervention can significantly reduce the incidence of postoperative pulmonary complications in gastric cancer patients,and promote the recovery of patients.
