硝酸甘油气雾剂治疗冠心病心绞痛122例

本文报告硝酸甘油气雾剂,治疗122例冠心病心绞痛者,其心绞痛消失率为77.1％,有效率100％;起效时间最快在30s,在≤1min者占45.1％,比舌下含片更快;ECG结果有102例(83.6％)提示心肌缺血有改善。利用气囊漂浮导管监测13例,说明具有降低心脏前、后负荷,改善心功能的作用。本剂型具有高效、速效、无明显的不良反应,可用于急救。

Nitroglycerin aerosols for treatment of coronary heart disease with angina pectoris in 122 patients

This study verified that nitroglycerin aerosols could control the coronary heart disease with angina pectoris.Its advantages were rapid onset,highly effective, and the least of adverse reactions. Among 122 patients 77.1% of them had immediate release while those 49 in control i .e.by given equal dosage of nitroglycerin sublingually,only 14 patients(29%)had release.Pain could disappear as rapid as 30 seconds while the majority (45.1%)≤1 min.It's confirmed by ECG(122 patients)and Swan-Ganz catheter examination (13 patients), the underlying reasons which could be traced were the reducing heart anterior and posterior loads, as well as the improving cardiac function.It seems this preparation is especially useful in urgentpatients.
