高血压患者脉压与脑卒中的关系探讨

目的:通过对高血压病伴脑卒中患者的脉压分析,探讨脉压与脑卒中发生的关系。方法:选取253例高血压合并脑卒中患者分成脑出血组133例和脑梗死组120例,另选取110例高血压病患者作为对照组,统计出3组脉压、脉压为70mmHg(1mmHg=0.133kPa)异常率及脉压分布情况进行分析。结果:脉压在脑卒中组和对照组之间有非常显著差异(P<0.05)。脉压70mmHg的异常率在各组均随年龄增加而增加,脉压异常率与年龄之间存在一定的正相关。脑出血组与脑梗死组脉压最大分布区域均在70-79mmHg,分别占26.7％、25.9％,而对照组则在50-59mmHg,为29.6％。结论:高血压病患者脉压增宽与脑卒中危险性密切相关,脉压可做为心脑血管病事件的一个较好的预测因子。

Study on Relationship between Pulse Pressure and Acute Stroke in Patients with Hypertension

Objective:To investigate the relation between pulse pressure and acute stroke. Methods: 253 patients with hypertension complicated with acute stroke were chose and divided into two groups, 133 patients with cerebral hemorrhage and 120 patients with cerebral infarction. 110 patients with hypertension were chose as control group. The statistical data of pulse pressure, the morbidity of abnormal pulse pressure(PP = 70mmHg) and distributing of pulse pressure of the three groups. Results: Significant difference were found between acute stroke group and controls in pulse pressure( P < 0.05). The abnormal morbidity of pulse pressure 70mmHg increased with age increasing,there was postive correlation between the abnormal morbility and age.The largest district of pulse pressure of acute stroke was 70 to 79mmHg, the percentage of hemorrhage was 26.7% and cerebral infarction was 25.9% , of the controls was among 50 to 59mmHg, occupied 29.6% .Conclusion:The increasing in pulse pressure of patients with hypertension have osculatory relation to the risk of the acute stroke, pulse pressure can considered as a good forecast factor to acute stroke.
