摘    要:
目的:探讨Survivin和Caspase-3在上皮性卵巢癌发生发展中的作用。方法:采用免疫组织化学SP法,检测Survivin蛋白和Caspase-3蛋白在100例上皮性卵巢肿瘤中的表达。结果:①Survivin蛋白和Caspase-3蛋白在良恶性两组上皮性卵巢肿瘤中阳性表达率差异有显著性(P<0.05);②Survivin蛋白与恶性上皮性卵巢肿瘤的病理分级、临床分期有关(P<0.05),而与组织学类型无关(P>0.05),Caspase-3蛋白与恶性上皮性卵巢肿瘤的病理分级、临床分期及组织学类型均无关(P>0.05);③Survivin与Caspase-3两种蛋白在恶性上皮性卵巢肿瘤中的表达呈负相关关系。结论:①Survivin可能参与了上皮性卵巢癌的发生、发展过程,可成为具有潜在价值的肿瘤标志物。②Caspase-3可能在上皮性卵巢癌发生过程中起重要作用。③Survivin可能通过直接或间接抑制Caspase-3的活性阻断细胞凋亡过程从而导致上皮性卵巢癌的发生、发展。

Abstract:
Objective:To explore the relationship of survivin protein and caspase-3 protein in epithelial ovarian neoplasms.Methods:Survivin protein and caspase-3 protein were detected by immunohistochemical SP technique in 100 cases of epithelial ovarian neoplasms,respectively.Results:①There was a significant difference of survivin protein and caspase-3 protein expression between in benign tumor and in epithelial ovarian cancer(P<0.05).②The positive detection of survivin protein among the tissue types was not significantly different(P>0.05).There was significant difference among the Grades and Clincle Stages(P<0.05).There were no significant differences of caspase-3 protein in ovarian cancer among all tissue types,various differentiation groups and clinical stages(P>0.05).③Statistical analysis showed that the expression of survivin protein negatively correlated with caspase-3 protein in epthelial ovarian neoplasms.Conclusion:①Survivin might play roles in the process of carcinogenesis of epthelial ovarian cancers,and may be a potential tumor marker of ovarian cancer.②Caspase-3 may play an important role in the carcinogenesis of epthelial ovarian cancers.③Survivin probably inhibit caspase-3 activation directly or indirectly to protect cells apoptosis from occurring,resulting in the occurring and progression of ovarian cancer.
