| 摘 要： | 目的 观察21例肢端恶性黑素瘤(acral malignant melanoma,AMM)局部切除后疗效.方法 7例切除后直接缝合;13例较大损害,切除后植皮,切除范围距病灶0.5～3 cm;1例甲周损害截趾.结果 病理肢端原位黑素瘤8例全部存活;侵袭性黑素瘤13例,存活11例,死亡2例,5～11年存活率84.6%.结论 肢端恶性黑素瘤(AMM)依据损害形态,初步确定是原位或侵袭性,再确定切除范围,侵袭性恶性黑素瘤(MM)术后5～11年存活率为84.6%;原位恶性黑素瘤术后存活率100%. |

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the curative effects of local excision on malignant melanoma arising from foot. Methods In 21 cases of acral malignant melanoma, 7 cases of minor damage were dealt with interrupted suture directly after excision, 13 cases of comparatively large damage were treated with skin grafting after excision, one case underwent toe amputation because of periungual lesions. Results Eight cases of acral malignant melanoma in situ survived. Eleven among 13 cases of invasive acral malignant melanoma survived and 2 died, with a survival rate of 84.6% within 5 to 11 years. Conclusion The nature of melanoma was first decided, then the resection margin was determined. Our practice shows the survival rate within 5 - 11 years from invasive malignant melanoma is 84.6% and the survival rate from malignant melanoma in situ is 100%. |
