| 摘 要： | 方法：应用针刺加穴位注射脑活素（Cerebrolysin)治疗颅脑外伤后综合征31例，并与针刺治疗的31例进行比较，结果：前者痊愈率和显愈率分别为74．2％、93．5％，后者痊愈和显愈率分别为45．2％，71．0％，两者之间疗效相比，经统计学处理，差异有显著性意义（P＜0．05）（结论：前者疗效明显优于后者。 |

| Abstract: | Methods Acupuncture combined with acupoint injection of Cerebrolysin was used for treatment of 31 cases of post traumatic brain syndrome and 31 cases treated with simple acupuncture were used as control group.Results The cured rate and markedly effective rate were 74.2% and 93.6% in the observation group,and 45 2% and 71 0% in the control group,respectively,with a significant difference between the two groups in therapeutic effect (P<0 05).Conclusion The therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with acupoint injection of Cerebrolysin is better than that of simple acupuncture. |
