低剂量化疗联合放疗治疗食管癌81例疗效观察

目的分析低剂量化疗配合放疗治疗食管癌的疗效。方法1998-06~2003-07治疗81例食管癌,随机分为两组1组40例为单纯放疗组,2组41例在常规放疗同时应用低剂量顺铂、5-氟脲嘧啶和亚叶酸钙联合化疗。结果2组近期疗效及远期生存率明显高于1组,1组的1、3、5年生存率分别为47.5%、22.5%、12.5%;2组的1、3、5年生存率分别为65.9%、41.5%、26.8%,两组存在显著性差异。结论低剂量顺铂、亚叶酸钙、5-氟脲嘧啶联合化疗配合放疗治疗食管癌可提高生存率。

Curative Effect of Esophageal Carcinoma Treated with Low Dose Chemotherapy combined with Radiotherapy

Objective To analyze the curative effect of esophageal carcinoma treated with low dose chemotherapy combined with radiotherapy. Methods 81 cases of esophageal carcinoma were divided into 40 cases as control group treated with radiotherapy and 41 cases as therapy group treated with low dose cisplatin and 5-FU chemotherapy on base of radiotherapy. Results The curative effect and long term survival rate in therapy group were higher than those in control group ( 1, 3, 5 year survival rate was 65.9%, 41.5% and 26.8% in therapy group and 47.5%, 22.5% and 12.5% in control group) with significant difference. Conclusion The low dose chemotherapy combined with radiotherapy might improve curative effect and survival rate.
