| 摘 要： | 目的分析眼座植入术后取出的原因。方法眼座植入术后取出19例，就植入材料、自身条件及术式与351例服座植入者进行对比分析。结果工艺质量较差的羟基磷灰石眼座，术前眶内存在炎症及结膜囊挛缩均影响预后。结论合理选择手术方法并细致操作的同时，植人物和手术适应证的选择，以及手术时机的掌握十分重要。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the causes of the extraction of hydroxyapatite orbit implant.Methods Implant materials and methods of operation in 19 cases whose implants were extracted were analysed.Results Bad technical skill,preoperative intraorbital inflammation and conjunctival sac crispation were disadvantages to prognosis.Conclusion Reasonable selection of operative methods materials,and operative skill are all important factors. |
