| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨腹腔镜治疗卵巢囊肿的临床应用价值(安全性、可行性、科学性)。方法:对50例接受腹腔镜手术治疗的巨大卵巢囊肿病例的手术适应证、手术方法、手术时间、手术出血量、并发症、术后恢复情况等临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:50例大于妊娠4个月子宫(直径大于12 cm)大小的卵巢囊肿均在腹腔镜下完成手术。无术时、术后并发症,治愈率100%。结论:腹腔镜治疗巨大卵巢囊肿是可行的,虽手术难度较大,但只要病例选择得当,完全可达到与开腹手术同样的效果,并具有创伤小、恢复快等优点。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the clinical value of laparoscope in the treatment of large ovarian cyst.Method Operation indication,operation method,operation time,bleeding amount during operation,postoperative complications and recovery were studied retrospectively in the 50 cases underwent laparoscope.Results 50 cases with large ovarian cyst(diameter>12cm) were conducted successfully under laparoscope.No complication occurred and the cure rate was 100%.Conclusion The results suggest that laproscopic operation is safe and feasibile in the treatment of large ovarian cyst. |
