重组人脑利钠肽辅助治疗心力衰竭的临床观察

目的探讨重组人脑利钠肽（rhBNP）辅助治疗心力衰竭的临床效果与优势及其机制。方法心力衰竭住院患者80例平分为2组，治疗组与对照组各40例。两组都给予常规治疗，治疗组加用rhBNP。结果经过观察，两组脑钠尿肽（BNP）与治疗前相比差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），治疗组的下降趋势比对照组更加明显（P〈0．05）。治疗后两组的每搏输出量（SV）、心输出量（CO）和左室射血分数（LVEF）明显增加，但是治疗组明显优于对照组（P〈0．05）。治疗组的综合有效率明显高于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论重组人脑利钠肽辅助治疗心力衰竭有利于改善患者的血流动力学状态，减轻心肌纤维化，从而延缓心脏重塑，总体疗效好，值得推广应用。

The effects of recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide for adjuvant therapy in heart failure

Objective To investigate the clinical effects and mechanism of recombinant human brain na- triuretic peptide in adjuvant treatment of heart failure. Methods 80 cases of hospitalized patients with heart fail- ure were equally divided into two groups： the treatment group and control group, both groups were received con- ventional therapy, the treatment group were added the recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide treatment, Results After observed, two groups of B-type natriuretic peptide were significant difference（P〈0.05）, while the treatment group were more pronounced downward trend （P〈0.05）. After treatment, the SV, CO and LVEF were increased significantly, but the treatment group were significantly better than the control group （P〈0.05）. The treatment group＇s efficiency was significantly higher （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide in adjuvant treatment of heart failure will help to improve the patient＇s hemodynamic state and reduce myocardial fibrosis, thus delay cardiac remodeling and should be widely applied.
