42例脂代谢异常2型糖尿病患者数字化舌象分析

目的观察分析脂代谢异常的2型糖尿病患者数字化舌象特征。方法采集88例确诊为2型糖尿病患者的数字化中医舌象数据,测定上述患者同次空腹血脂指标（胆固醇、三酰甘油）,进行横断面分析。结果 42例脂代谢异常的2型糖尿病患者的舌苔腐腻指数高于血脂水平正常的2型糖尿病患者（P〈0.05）;其中单纯三酰甘油增高者的剥苔指数,单纯胆固醇增高者的点刺指数、润燥指数和剥苔指数较血脂水平正常的2型糖尿病患者显著增高（P〈0.05）。结论 2型糖尿病伴血脂异常患者表现出脾虚痰聚、胃阴不足等舌象特征。

Analysis on Digitalized Tongue Characterization in 42 Diabetes Patients with Lipid Disorders

Objective To observe and analyse the digitalized tongue characterization in diabetes patients with lipid disorders.Methods A total of 88 diabetes patients were made a definite diagnosis of type 2 diabetes,whose digitalized tongue data and blood lipid level were collected on the same morning.All data was collected to carry on a cross-sectional study.Results The greasy coating index was significantly higher in diabetes patients with lipid disorders compared with the diabetes patients without lipid disorders(P<0.05).In the diabetes patients only with high blood TG level,peeled coating index was significantly higher(P<0.05),and the index of spotted tongue,embellish tongue,dryness tongue and greasy coating index were higher in diabetes patients only with high blood TC level compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion It is characterized that insufficiency of the spleen with overabundance of dampness and stomach yin deficiency may bring out more frequently on the tongue characterization in diabetes patients with lipid disorders.
