结肠癌组织中5-LOX和COX-2的表达

摘    要:目的探讨5-脂氧合酶(5-LOX)、环氧合酶-2(COX-2)在结肠癌组织中的表达及意义。方法应用免疫组化技术检测99例结肠癌组织、14例结肠腺瘤和35例正常结肠黏膜中5-LOX、COX-2的表达情况。结果5-LOX在结肠癌及结肠腺瘤中的表达均显著高于正常结肠黏膜组织(P〈0.05);COX-2在结肠癌中的表达分别显著高于结肠腺瘤及正常结肠黏膜组织(P〈0.05);5-LOX和COX-2表达与结肠癌的Duke’s分期、浸润深度和转移显著相关(P〈0.05),与患者的性别、年龄、肿瘤的部位、肿瘤的大小和分化程度无关。结论5-LOX和COX-2在结肠癌组织中均高度表达,且二者表达与结肠癌的分期、浸润深度和转移显著相关。

Expression of 5-lipoxygenase and cyclooxygenase-2 in colonic carcinoma and its relationship with pathological characteristics

Abstract:Objective To investigate the expression of 5-lipoxygenase and cyclooxygenase-2 in colonic cancer tissue and its relationship with tumour pathological characteristics. Methods Expression of 5-lipoxygenase and cyclooxygenase-2 was detected by immunohistochemical staining in 99 colonic cancers, 14 adenoma tissues and 35 normal colonic mucosa tissues. Results The positive rate of 5-lipoxygenase in colonic cancer and adenoma tissues was significantly higher than that in normal colonic mucosa tissues(P<0.05). The positive rate of cyclooxygenase-2 in colonic cancer was significantly higher than that in adenoma tissues and normal colonic mucosa tissues(P<0.05). The expression of 5-lipoxygenase and cyclooxygenase-2 was correlated significantly with the depth of invasion, stage and metastasis of colonic cancers. Conclusion Over-expression of 5-lipoxygenase and cyclooxygenase-2 in colonic cancer tissue is correlated significantly with the depth of invasion, stage and metastasis of colonic cancers.
