恩替卡韦联合抗乙型肝炎转移因子对慢性乙型肝炎疗效观察

目的观察恩替卡韦联合抗乙型肝炎转移因子对慢性乙型肝炎(CHB)的疗效及对乙型肝炎病毒脱氧核糖核酸(HBV DNA)的影响。方法136例CHB患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组68例给予恩替卡韦和抗乙型肝炎转移因子;对照组68例单用恩替卡韦,疗程均为12个月,每3个月分别检测肝功能、乙型肝炎病毒血清学标志物、HBV DNA。其中40例患者(每组20例)进行治疗前、后两次肝穿活检。结果在治疗12个月时,治疗组和对照组的HBV DNA差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组的HBV DNA表达量明显低于对照组,大部分患者肝组织病理有改善。结论恩替卡韦联合抗乙型肝炎转移因子能在一定程度上提高治疗CHB的疗效,而其对HBV DNA的影响有待进一步的研究。

Effect of Anti-HB Transfer Factor and Adefovir Combination Therapy on Patients with Chronic-Hepatitis B and Influence on HBV DNA

Objective To observe the effect of combined application of anti-HB transfer factor and entecavir（ETV） in treating patients with chronic hepatitis B（CHB） anti its influence on HBV DNA. Methods 136 patients were randomly divided into two groups：the treated grorp（68 cases）and control group（68 cases）. The treated group received anti-HB transfer factor and entecavir simuhaneously for 12 months. The control group received entecavir alone for 12 months. Liver function, virological parameters,serum HBV DNA and HBV DNA were evaluated. Liver biopsy was taken before therapy and after 12 months treament in 40 patients. Results After 12 months treatment,there was no difference in HBV DNA negative rate between treated group and cnntrol groups（ P 〉 0.05 ）. Most of liver histology were improved in 40 patients. Conclusion Combined application of anti-HB transfer factor and entecavir（ETV） can enhance the therapeutic effect in lreating CHB to certain extent,but effect on HBV DNA should be study further more.
