| 摘 要： | 目的了解医院剖宫产手术抗菌药物使用情况,为临床合理使用抗菌药物提供依据。方法采用回顾性调查的方法对186例剖宫产手术患者应用抗菌药物进行统计分析。结果 186例手术患者全部使用了抗菌药物,用药频度较高的药品是阿奇霉素、奥硝唑、头孢呋辛、头孢替安等;抗菌药物平均给药时间为10 d,联合用药率100%。结论剖宫产手术抗菌药物的预防性使用存在用药时间长、无指征换用抗菌药物、抗厌氧菌药物选药档次较高等问题,需进一步规范管理,促进抗菌药物合理使用。 |

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To investigate the use of antibiotic in caesarean operation and to provide bases for reasonable application of antibiotics.METHODS The application of antibacterial drugs in caesarean-operation patients was retrospectively and statistically analyzed.RESULTS All of 186 cases of caesarean-operation patients used antibiotics.The high frequent antibiotics applications contained azithromycin ornidazole,cefuroxime and cefotiam.The average time usage of antibacterials was 10 days.The ratio of combined-ant... |
