| 摘 要： | 目的探讨风湿性疾病患者医院感染发生的危险因素。方法回顾性分析2001年2月-2010年4月共1188例风湿性疾病的住院患者,根据住院期间是否有医院感染,分为感染与非感染两类,其中感染组患者475例,非感染组713例,采用二分类条件logistic回归分析,年龄、性别、病程、淋巴细胞计数为自变量;OR值作为关联强度。结果病程(OR=1.022,P=0.014)及淋巴细胞计数(OR=0.506,P=0.000)减少为风湿性疾病患者发生医院感染的危险因素;性别(OR=1.111,P=0.498)和年龄(OR=1.003,P=0.397)未发现与风湿性疾病患者发生医院感染明显相关。结论风湿性疾病的病程和淋巴细胞计数与医院感染相关,对预测和预防医院感染有重要意义。 |
