| 摘 要： | 目的探讨骨科手术切口感染的临床特征。方法回顾性分析2200例骨科手术患者,分析手术切口感染率、病原菌特点及相关因素。结果共58例发生手术切口感染,手术切口感染率为2.6%;革兰阴性菌51株占87.9%,革兰阳性菌7株占12.1%;分布最多的前3种细菌为铜绿假单胞菌占32.7%、鲍氏不动杆菌占22.4%和大肠埃希菌占15.5%;手术切口Ⅰ类感染12例占1.0%,Ⅱ类21例占2.9%,Ⅲ类25例占10.1%,差异有统计学意义(2χ=6.55,P<0.05),手术时间<2 h感染5例占0.8%,2～4 h感染27例占1.8%,>4 h感染26例占16.9%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=10.36,P<0.05)。结论骨科手术切口感染以革兰阴性菌为主,并且与切口类型和手术时间有关,应加强手术切口感染监测。 |
