马归液对女性腺性膀胱炎的尿动力学影响

目的：观察自制中药马归液治疗腺性膀胱炎的尿动力学影响。方法将腺性膀胱炎患者60例随机分为3组，分别给予吡柔比星和马归液膀胱灌注治疗。观察各组的残余尿量（PVR）、最大膀胱测压容积、充盈期末膀胱顺应性、最大尿流率（Qmax）、平均尿流率（Qave）、最大尿流率时逼尿肌压力（Pdet@Qmax）等尿动力学指标。结果各组治疗后与治疗前相比，术后3月治疗1组和治疗2组与对照组比较，上述各尿动力学指标差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗1组与治疗2组相比较PVR、充盈期末膀胱顺应性、最大尿流率（Qmax）、平均尿流率（Qave）、最大尿流率时逼尿肌压力（Pdet@Qmax）等指标的差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论马归液膀胱灌注能改善腺性膀胱炎患者各尿动力学指数，且每周2次膀胱灌注治疗效果更佳。

The Urinary Dynamics Influence of Ma-Gui Liguid in Female Glandular Cystitis

Objective To observe the urinary dynamics influence of Ma-Gui Liguid in treating female glandular cystitis. Methods 60 cases of female glandular cystitis patients were randomly divided into three groups, and respectively treated by perarubicin or Ma-Gui liquid through bladder perfusion. We observed the urinary dynamics indexes, such as residual urine volume（PVR）,maximum bladder pressure volume, the final bladder compliance, maximum urinary flow rate（Qmax）and average urinary flow rate （Qave）, the detrusor pressure at maximum urinary flow rate（Pdet@Qmax）. Results Posttreatment co mpared with prior treatment, treatment 1 and treatment 2 group compared with control group after 3 months of surgery, the above-mentioned urinary dynamics index difference had statistical signiifcance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Ma-Gui Liguid can improve urine dynamics index of female glandular cystitis patients, and the effect of two times per week is much better than once a week.
