血清超敏C反应蛋白和胱抑素C水平在急性心肌梗死中的应用价值

目的：探讨血清超敏C反应蛋白和胱抑素C在急性心肌梗死中的应用价值。方法选取急性心肌梗死患者和健康志愿者各60例，分为心肌梗死组和对照组。分别测定两组患者血清超敏C反应蛋白和胱抑素C水平，并测定肌酸激酶同工酶、肌钙蛋白I含量，并分别分析超敏C反应蛋白、胱抑素C和肌酸激酶同工酶、肌钙蛋白I之间的相关性。结果急性心肌梗死组患者血清超敏C反应蛋白、胱抑素C水平、肌酸激酶同工酶、肌钙蛋白I含量均明显高于对照组（P均〈0.05）。且呈正相关。结论血清超敏C反应蛋白和胱抑素C水平对于早期诊断急性心肌梗死有较高的应用价值。

Clinical Value of Serum High Sensitive C-reactive Protein and Cystatin C in the Diagnosis of Acute Myocardial Infarction

Objective To investigate the Clinical value of serum high sensitive C-reactive protein and cystatin C in the diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction. Methods Sixty acute myocardial＇ infarction patients and 60 healthy volunteers were enrolled into this study, their serum high sensitive C-reactive protein and cystatin C level ,the content of creatine kinase isoenzyme and troponin I concentration were evaluated and the correlation among them were analyzed. Results There was a positive correlation among the serum high sensitive C-reactive protein and cystatin C level ,the content of creatine kinase isoenzyme and troponin I concentration in patient with acute myocardial infarction. Conclusions The serum high sensitive C-reactive protein and cystatin C level shows great clinical value for the early diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction.
